GLM EDGE is a part of MLA’s EDGEnetwork, a training program providing red meat producers in northern Australia with the latest R&D and practical insights to improve business productivity and profitability.
Services provided: Enable a revision and update of the manual, workbook, deliverer resources, monitoring and evaluation materials, practical learning resources and powerpoint slides.
Midterm evaluation of Futurebeef
Futurebeef is a communications and extension program for the Australian northern beef industry.
Services provided: Partnered with Enablers of Change and Scarletti. Mid-term evaluation was to gauge the effectiveness of the program and evidence of impact to date. The review also highlighted where improvements were needed in the project delivery and gaps and opportunities to maximise outcomes.
Riskwi$e Mid-term Review
The RiskWi$e $32 million 5 year initiative addressing the need for improved risk management strategies among grain growers.
Services provided: Lead a comprehensive evaluation partnering with Scarletti of the initiative’s performance, including the delivery of outputs, achievement of milestones, and progress toward outcomes. Strategic recommendations for enhancing initiative design, governance, management, and delivery.
10 Year Impact Assessment
Services provided: The provision of recommendations and tools to support practical steps to enable Cotton Research and Development Corporation to adopt practices and processes that will improve the effectiveness of long-term impact assessments.
Needs/gap analysis of human capacity in agricultural research sector in Western Australia
Services provided: Identified and validated Western Australia's (WA’s) agriculture and food, research, development and extension sector human capacity needs – in the context of emerging trends, and issues, occurring over the next 5-15 years.
